We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Location Manager at smartvillage GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our location, providing exceptional customer service, and creating an unforgettable experience for our guests.
- Location Management: You will be responsible for the overall management of our location, including the coordination of events, maintenance of facilities, and supervision of staff.
- Event and Hospitality Management: You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events, conferences, and other activities at our location, ensuring that every detail is taken care of and that our guests have an exceptional experience.
- Team Supervision: You will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Experience Design: You will be responsible for designing and delivering unique and memorable experiences for our guests, including the creation of themed events, activities, and experiences.
- Operations Coordination: You will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our location, including the management of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Revenue Optimization: You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to increase revenue and implementing strategies to achieve this goal, while ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field, such as event management, hospitality, or tourism. You will also need to have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
