Senior IT Audit Manager

Raisin GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Audit Manager to join our team. As a key member of our internal audit function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our IT controls and governance processes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct IT audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards and frameworks, including BAIT and MaRisk.
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of IT controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and recommend improvements to ensure the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, risk management, and compliance teams, to ensure alignment on IT governance and compliance issues.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external IT-related audits to ensure timely and thorough execution of audit plans.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT audits, governance, risk, and compliance, ideally within the international financial services industry.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in IT auditing, risk management, or compliance (e.g., CISA, CISSP, or similar) are highly preferred.
- Regulatory knowledge of BaFin specific regulation, including BAIT, MaRisk, and EBA guidelines.
- Technical skills in cloud-native tech stacks, AWS, Splunk, and Atlassian tools.
- Strong communication abilities with experience in stakeholder management and the capacity to mediate between differing interests effectively.
- Good English language skills. German and other European languages are a plus.
