Your Responsibilities
- Participate in and proactively review the ongoing accounting of several companies within our group
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of accounting information for our financial statements
- Assess and independently perform balance sheet and general ledger transactions, including maintenance of asset and liability accounts
- Prepare statistical and recurring reports
- Respond to inquiries from other departments
Your Qualifications
- Completed commercial education and possibly further training as a certified public accountant (IHK) or a degree in finance and accounting
- Several years of experience in general ledger accounting for a mid-sized group of companies
- Excellent knowledge of ERP and accounting systems, as well as MS 365 (especially Excel)
- Analytical and numerical thinking, as well as a structured approach to work
- Independence, structured work, and reliability combined with effective teamwork and communication skills
