We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant - Debtors to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage debtors accounting processes with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ensure the accuracy of outgoing invoices and their timely creation and recording.
  • Handle accounts receivable, reconciliation tasks, and provide support in accounts payable when needed.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers within a financial context.
  • Actively participate in process innovation and optimization initiatives.
Your Profile:
  • Proven experience in debtors accounting.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital accounting tools such as DATEV and GSheets/Excel.
  • Fluency in German and strong English language skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation.
