About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Ernsting's Family in Sangerhausen. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating unique shopping experiences for our customers and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all sales-related tasks, including cash register operations, restocking, product presentation, markdowns, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work independently in the store during your shift, with occasional collaboration with colleagues.
  • Be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with a welcoming and helpful experience.
  • Utilize the store tablet to access product information, check availability, and activate our "Family Card" for customers.
Requirements
  • Must be of legal age and have previous work experience, preferably in a customer service role.
  • Passion for fashion and a heart for families are essential, as well as an open-minded attitude.
  • Flexibility within our store's opening hours (from Mondays to Saturdays) is required.
