Job Description

Corden Pharma International GmbH is a leading Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) that develops and produces active pharmaceutical ingredients, medicines, and associated packaging services on behalf of its customers as a full-service provider.

The company employs around 3,000 people and has a network in Europe and the USA that offers flexible and specialized solutions across five technology platforms: peptides, lipids & carbohydrates, injectables, highly potent active ingredients & oncology, and small molecules.

We are seeking an IT Application Manager to join our team as a Global System Owner and System Administrator for multiple applications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the single point of contact for suppliers and key users of the applications
  • Ensure the application performs as expected by the business by providing support, troubleshooting, and deploying enhancements
  • Manage and follow up on outsourced support
  • Establish training programs as necessary for key-users
  • Ensure the qualification and validation activities for global GxP applications
  • Work with global IT security, service providers, and local IT departments to ensure security and privacy requirements are respected
  • Be the point of contact in case of audits
Requirements
  • Degree in IT, technical, or a related field with skills and experience in managing IT
  • Advanced experience with various IT applications in an industry (such as Open Lab ECM, Salesforce, Tagetik, Evisort, Interflex)
  • Experience in networking is a plus
  • Experience in leading IT projects and project team members
  • Several years of relevant experience
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including qualification and validation activities, is considered a plus
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented, able to work to deadlines, and motivate
  • High level of commitment and willingness to perform
