Supply Operations and Life Cycle Manager

Flavine is a leading API manufacturer linking markets and pharmaceutical companies since 1975. Our European headquarter in Munich, Germany, is dedicated to adding value to suppliers and customers by locating and developing quality manufacturers and opening up new markets.

This role plays a vital part in our logistics team in Munich, Germany, and is responsible for managing daily logistic operations via the ERP System, overseeing product launch preparation, and coordinating customer requests.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Logistics: Managing daily logistic operations, Flavine Open Orders, sales confirmations, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
  • Finished Dosage Products: Life Cycle Management - overseeing product launch preparation, customer service requests, project management, and supply chain control.
Requirements:
  • Solid knowledge of the pharma industry, logistics/ERP, benchmarking, analytical thinking, and GDP.
  • Education: University Degree and above.
  • Languages: English and German; other EU languages advantageous.
  • Experience: several years in the pharma industry with focus on APIs and FDFs.
