Your Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering friendly and knowledgeable customer service
• Promoting and selling our range of breads, pastries, and baked items
• Handling cash register operations and managing financial transactions
• Baking and presenting various products, as well as preparing snacks
• Conducting quality assurance checks
• Supervising the café area
• Implementing merchandising strategies to enhance sales

Your Qualifications:

• Experience in food service (bakery, confectionery, butchery) or hospitality preferred
• Open to candidates without prior experience
• Enjoyment in engaging with customers
• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner
• Team-oriented with a flexible approach
• Proficiency in German required
• Minimum age of 18
