Ihre Aufgaben
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die kaufmännische Betreuung von JRS-Gruppengesellschaften und gemeinsame P&L Verantwortung mit der lokalen Geschäftsführung bzw. Werksleitung.
  • Sie entwickeln strategische Entwicklungsziele für die betreuten Tochtergesellschaften und überwachen deren Umsetzung.
  • Die Betreuung des Budget- und Planungsprozesses fällt in Ihr Aufgabengebiet.
  • Sie verfolgen die Geschäftsentwicklung und arbeiten an Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
  • Sie sind zuständig für den Auf- und Ausbau sowie die Pflege der Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung.
  • Das Dokumentieren, Kalkulieren und Kommunizieren von Transferpreisen liegt in Ihrem Aufgabengebiet.
  • Sie bauen ein starkes persönliches Netzwerk mit Ansprechpartnern in der globalen Unternehmensorganisation auf.
  • Ihre Mitarbeit an strategischen Projekten zur Unternehmensentwicklung (inklusive M&A) zeichnet Sie aus.
  • Sie wirken mit bei der Implementierung der Kostenrechnung nach Neueinführung von ERP-Systemen.
Ihr Profil
  • Ein Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Fach.
  • 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position.
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Hands-On und Can-Do-Mentalität und eine innovationsorientierte Denkweise.
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse.
  • ERP-Systemkenntnisse, idealerweise in proAlpha, SAP B1.
  • Gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
