Senior Consultant for SAP Finance and Controlling Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a project leader or workstream lead in SAP S/4HANA Finance initiatives within a global organizational structure.
  • Serve as an application expert to support the IT demand management process.
  • Collaborate with management and functional teams to ensure seamless business process integration and the identification of creative solutions.
  • Oversee the planning, assignment, and monitoring of project support, change requests, service requests, and incident management.
  • Independently execute requirements, specifications, and implementations (customizing) of SAP Finance processes while ensuring quality and operational compliance.
  • Facilitate smooth support for SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling, with a specific emphasis on SAP Controlling.
  • Coordinate solution walkthroughs, end-user testing, and integration testing in collaboration with the finance and controlling departments.

Required Qualifications:

  • A completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of professional experience in SAP FICO (S/4HANA and SAP ECC).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Controlling and experience in integration with other SAP modules.
  • Professional demeanor, proactive and responsible work ethic, and a strong team player.
  • Ability to engage effectively with key business stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proven experience in multinational and multicultural IT project management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with change management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
