Fiege Logistik Stiftung & Co. KG is seeking a dedicated and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team at the IDC Worms site within the Business Unit Consumer Products.

• Manage outgoing shipment volumes and coordinate trailers and trucks for efficient transportation.
• Arrange various modes of transport including sea freight, air freight, express delivery, and land transport. Create necessary notifications within our SAP system.
• Systematically monitor and prepare shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Track outbound shipments meticulously, adhering to cut-off times and delivery schedules for optimal performance.
• Prepare and process all shipping documents, including customs clearance procedures, to facilitate smooth international transactions.
• Maintain comprehensive shipment statistics for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Handle written and verbal communication professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Completed vocational training in logistics or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in MS-Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and SAP is highly advantageous.
• Basic understanding of English is desirable.
• Demonstrated commitment, determination, and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work in shifts (morning/afternoon/night) as required.
