About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at DocMorris. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting our managers and employees to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to our managers and employees to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee experience and talent development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
  • Conduct HR-related projects and analyses to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software applications.
  • Fluency in English and German languages.
