Transportation Planner

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Disponent (m/w/d) for the Kleinwagen- und LKW-Disposition. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the efficient planning, control, and monitoring of our transportation orders.

• Develop and implement efficient transportation workflows to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain continuous contact with drivers to address any issues with schedules during their shifts.
• Monitor traffic conditions (roadworks and accidents) to optimize routes.
• Provide transportation data, including delays, to customers.
• Receive all calls from drivers and forward emergency situations to the relevant departments or authorities.

• Completed education in the field of Spedition, Logistik, or a related field.
• Relevant work experience in the disposal of Kleinwagen and LKW.
• Good knowledge of transportation and logistics management.
• Organizational skills and strong communication abilities.
• Willingness to work shifts and be flexible.
• Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking, English skills are an asset.
