Sales Representative (m/f/d)



Für ein renommiertes Unternehmen suchen wir einen engagierten Sales Representative (m/f/d) in Vollzeit zur direkten Personalvermittlung.



Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Proaktive Gewinnung von Neukunden durch strategische Verkaufsaktivitäten
  • Betreuung und Ausbau der bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen zur Sicherstellung einer langfristigen Bindung
  • Regelmäßige Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Ableitung von strategischen Empfehlungen für das Vertriebsteam
  • Erstellung maßgeschneiderter Angebote und Lösungskonzepte, die auf die Bedürfnisse der Kunden abgestimmt sind
  • Enge Kooperation mit internen Abteilungen wie Marketing, Produktentwicklung und Kundenservice zur Verbesserung der Kundenbetreuung


Sie bringen mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. als Kaufmann im Groß- und Außenhandel, Industriekaufmann oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Vertriebsbereich
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeiten sowie Verhandlungsgeschick im Kundenkontakt
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Zielstrebigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
