IT Specialist

Pyramid Computer GmbH is a global innovator in the design and production of tailored hardware solutions, specializing in interactive self-service terminals and industrial computing systems. They are currently seeking a IT Specialist (m/f/d) focused on software support to enhance their production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Streamline and enhance the installation workflows for PCs and servers.
• Design and sustain the installation framework.
• Perform updates on operating systems and manage driver installations.
• Investigate system failures and review log files for troubleshooting.
• Facilitate the introduction of new products and provide training to staff on installation procedures.

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in IT system electronics or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Solid understanding of IT and network technologies.
• Experience in scripting with Shell for both Windows and Linux environments.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
