Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Agent to join our team at DORMERO Hotel Dessau-Roßlau. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality dishes to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including hot and cold meals, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Support the production process and ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely and efficient manner.
- Implement and maintain our DORMERO standards for food quality and presentation.
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene regulations are met, including HACCP guidelines.
- Assist with ordering and inventory management to ensure that all ingredients and supplies are available when needed.
- Monitor and control the receipt of goods to ensure that all deliveries are accurate and on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirements
- A culinary education or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional food quality and presentation, with a focus on attention to detail and creativity.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
