Role Overview

The Group Controller will serve as a vital financial advisor within the NETZSCH Group, focusing on comprehensive financial analysis and strategic oversight for central operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial assessments and strategic planning for the core functions of the organization.
  • Develop and manage business cases, forecasts, and simulations, ensuring timely and insightful financial reporting.
  • Execute ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects, while supporting group-wide financial initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice and assistance to various business units on financial issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable financial controlling position.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of PowerBI and SAP is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
