Senior Commerce Advisor

In the role of Senior Commerce Advisor, you will be instrumental in securing new commerce initiatives. Acting as a key authority on commerce, you will guide clients through the initial exploration phase, comprehending their needs, and developing customized solutions that align with their operational goals.

  • Serve as the main authority during the acquisition of commerce projects, ensuring our offerings resonate with client expectations.
  • Lead the initial exploration phase for prospective projects, discerning client needs and formulating strategic responses.
  • Manage the implementation of commerce initiatives from inception to completion, guaranteeing timely execution within defined parameters.
  • Foster robust client relationships, maintain transparent communication, and ensure satisfaction with our services.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to execute projects effectively and achieve targeted results.
  • Remain updated on market trends to enhance our service offerings and sustain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in commerce and leading project acquisitions and exploratory phases.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Manufacturing, Retail, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills to engage prospective clients.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a proven history of successful project execution.
  • Strategic mindset with the capability to identify opportunities and devise innovative solutions.
  • Practical experience with Salesforce (Commerce), SAP Commerce Cloud, or other pertinent commerce platforms.
  • Proficient in both German and English, with French language skills considered an advantage.
