Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Engineer to join our cross-functional team working on the core cofenster product. As a Fullstack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our video editor, ensuring it is approachable and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the definition and development of the core cofenster product, focusing on feature development and technical debt management.
- Contribute to improving the cofenster codebase by organizing refactoring and suggesting improvements.
- Champion accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring our product is usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.
- Develop and iterate on security, accessibility, testability, and performance.
- Collaborate with designers and customer support representatives to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (preferably TypeScript) and experience with backend technologies such as GraphQL, Prisma, and AWS.
- Strong understanding of digital accessibility and product design principles.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and building interfaces with code, including HTML, CSS, and accessibility.
- Experience with automated testing and a willingness to contribute to our QA pipeline.
- Ability to work efficiently in an agile team and experience with SaaS product development.
- Fluency in English and willingness to relocate to Germany.
