About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Development Architect to join our team at SAP. As a pivotal member of our cloud-based infrastructure solutions team, you will design and implement scalable and secure cloud architectures to support our lifecycle objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional DevOps teams to assess requirements and design cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop and operate cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes, Linux systems administration, and KVM virtualization.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and configuration management using DevOps principles and practices.
  • Work with container technologies and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Manage code repositories and collaboration using version control systems like Git.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Linux system administration and KVM virtualization.
  • Excellent programming skills in Python, Go, Ansible, or similar languages for automation and scripting.
  • Experience with container technologies and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), German is a plus.
