We are seeking a highly skilled Global Data Quality Manager to join our team at KION Group in Frankfurt am Main. As a key member of our data quality team, you will play a crucial role in driving the future of intralogistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and perform a new standardization for KION-wide data quality strategy with the Data Quality Lead.
  • Ensure healthy, fast, secure, and efficient data quality, including prior data cleansing.
  • Support the Data Owners in defining DQM rules and be responsible for implementing data cleansing guidelines/best practices as well as global data quality metrics.
  • Support the preparation of data migration tests/trial loads to agreed levels of data volume and quality.
  • Continuously improve and develop enterprise data quality, recognizing changing business and industry requirements at an early stage and adapting data structures accordingly.
  • Ensure Data Quality for assigned data objects within the Operating Units.
  • Direct project planning and management to ensure standard methodology and frameworks are followed with regards to the KION data quality standards.
Requirements
  • Degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, or comparable studies with several years of professional experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Relevant experience in a data quality-oriented role in a technical and commercial context and motivation in leading the data cleansing initiative.
  • Wide knowledge of (SAP) Data model, industry-leading data quality, and data protection management practices.
  • Highly skilled in change management concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change, and performance measurement system design.
  • Excellent analytical skills with focus on details as well as problem-solving competence.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English with senior-level management from technology and business in an international and intercultural environment.
