Your Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on building materials and home improvement products.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products for their projects, from initial consultation to final installation.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to provide exceptional customer service.
Your Profile
- Completed a successful apprenticeship or degree in a relevant field, such as sales, marketing, or a related trade.
- Proven sales experience in the building materials or home improvement industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
