Full-time & Part-time Sales Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Hermann Armbruster GmbH + CO. Backwaren. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers and selling a variety of baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with purchases and provide excellent customer service
  • Sell a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and other sweet and savory items
  • Display and maintain the appearance of bakery products
  • Operate the cash register and process transactions
  • Prepare snacks and other items for sale
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and merchandise is displayed attractively
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and quality
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
