About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Management Assistant to join our Business Service Team at the Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our consultants and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support to Consultants: You will work closely with our consultants to prepare project offerings, make travel arrangements, account for travel expenses, and process all correspondences.
  • Project Coordination: You will assist in planning and coordinating internal and external workshops and events, and contribute your own ideas to drive project success.
  • Communication and Collaboration: You will serve as the central interface for our teams and customers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Administrative Tasks: You will perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: You have a successfully completed commercial training or a university degree, and at least one to two years of experience as an assistant or in the hotel industry.
  • Language Skills: Your German is perfect, and you are fluent in business English.
  • Technical Skills: You are experienced in using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and love working with new modern tools such as Slack, Trello, or Miro.
  • Personal Qualities: You are proactive, solution-oriented, and have strong interpersonal and communicative abilities. You are also able to work in a structured manner and have the necessary composure to keep several tasks in view at the same time.
