Job Title: Teamleitung Einkauf

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Teamleitung Einkauf to join our dynamic and international team at Siegfried. As a key member of our Einkauf team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Einkaufsstrategien to ensure the procurement of high-quality products while optimizing costs and improving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Einkaufsstrategien to ensure the procurement of high-quality products
• Lead and manage a team of Einkauf professionals to achieve business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Einkauf or a related field
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Fluency in English and German
