We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration and Ventilation Technician (m/f/d) for our Facility Management division. This role offers a competitive salary and a stable employment contract within a dynamic environment.
- Responsible for the operation and upkeep of technical building systems, including refrigeration, ventilation, and air conditioning.
- Diagnosing and rectifying malfunctions while performing minor repairs.
- Overseeing cross-trade supervision of supply systems.
- Documenting and maintaining records of errors, tests, maintenance, and inspections.
- Coordinating with external service providers for maintenance and repair tasks.
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training in Climate and Ventilation Technology, Gas and Water Installation, or a related field.
- Experience in technical building management or Facility Management is preferred.
- Cross-disciplinary technical knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work autonomously.
- Valid driver's license class B for the use of company vehicles.
- Willingness to work shifts within a three-shift system and participate in on-call duties.
