We are a leading financial institution, Sparkasse Hochrhein, seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Business Administration department as a Business Administration Specialist.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and partially accounts receivable for the bank, ensuring accurate and timely digital processing, coding, verification, and approval.
  • Handle VAT returns and correction objects, maintaining compliance with commercial and tax regulations.
  • Prepare updates, evaluations, and statistics for various projects, events, and donations, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
  • Conduct account and bank reconciliations, ensuring financial accuracy and integrity.
  • Potentially take on responsibility for asset accounting and accounting for the bank's own foundations, demonstrating expertise and leadership.

We Seek a Candidate with:

  • A completed (banking) commercial education or training in accounting, with a strong desire to continue learning and growing.
  • Experience in corporate accounting, including knowledge of commercial and tax regulations, and a proven track record of success.
  • A passion for working with numbers and a high level of digital literacy, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • A strong understanding of business operations and a focus on delivering results, with excellent problem-solving skills.
