Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Hearing Tests: Conduct hearing tests and audiometric evaluations to assess patients' hearing abilities.
• Hearing Aid Fitting: Assist with the fitting of hearing aids, ensuring that patients receive the best possible solution for their hearing needs.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping, to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
• Continuing Education: Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in optometry and hearing aid technology.

Requirements

• Education: Completion of a recognized optometry program or equivalent.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in optometry or hearing aid services.
• Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
