Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will ensure seamless site integration, manage RAN migration activities, oversee software upgrades, and coordinate with various teams to ensure successful project completion.
RAN Migration:
- Oversee RAN migration activities from DU to CU and vice-versa.
- Ensure accurate site inventory data insertion.
Software Upgradation:
- Manage the upgradation of 4G & 5G, STU software to the latest software build.
- Oversee the lifecycle of software/build until HOTO completion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunications, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical integration and RAN migration activities.
- Strong knowledge of 4G and 5G technologies and software upgrades.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Linux operation system.
- Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
- Very good language skills in German and English, spoken and written.
