• Managing the internal sourcing of raw materials and auxiliary substances
• Preparing and configuring equipment for production operations
• Overseeing and enhancing the manufacturing workflow
• Recording machine settings accurately
• Identifying and reporting equipment issues and areas for improvement
• Conducting quality assurance activities

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in a technical field, ideally as a process mechanic specializing in plastics and rubber technology
• Background in industrial production, particularly in thermoplastic processing
• Strong manual dexterity and comprehension of production methodologies
• Openness to shift work
• Dependability and a meticulous work approach
