Industrialization Process Specialist

**Your Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Industrialization Manager to join our team in Siegen. As a key member of our industrialization process, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that industrial requirements are well understood and taken into account during product specification and design.
- Design and implement global macro-processes based on standard SMP.
- Ensure the availability of tools and workstations on schedule and consistent with EHS requirements, ergonomics, and quality.
- Develop and maintain industrial documentation to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Monitor and analyze process performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of continuous improvement action plans with production teams to achieve manufacturing QCD targets.
- Participate in R&D programs as an industrial representative.
- Perform industrial REX on manufacturing processes.
**Requirements**
- Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in process engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Technical experience with CAD and PLM tools (CATIA, DELMIA, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics.
- Experience in project management and working with ERP systems (such as SAP).
