We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our PENNY Markt in Mönchengladbach. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and facing merchandise.
- Meet or exceed sales goals, including promoting products and services to customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
