About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our Accounting & Process Advisory team in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to our clients on complex accounting and financial matters.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage teams of accountants and financial advisors to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
  • Provide expert advice on international accounting standards, financial reporting, and auditing.
  • Develop and implement accounting and financial solutions for our clients, including financial statement preparation and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand their financial needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting and financial regulations and ensure our clients are compliant.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and internal stakeholders.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager with a strong background in accounting and finance. You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality services to clients and leading teams of accountants and financial advisors.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on international accounting standards and financial reporting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams of accountants and financial advisors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement accounting and financial solutions.
  • Proficiency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
