Job Overview: HR Business Partner

Are you a seasoned HR expert seeking a rewarding opportunity? We are in search of a committed HR Business Partner to enhance our team and manage a variety of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute all HR operational processes within a designated business unit, ensuring adherence to employment laws and existing agreements
  • Work in close collaboration with management on HR and legal issues, while leading the HR team for the specified area
  • Aid in the advancement, standardization, and digital transformation of HR processes in line with organizational objectives
  • Engage in HR initiatives, both at the national and international levels, and undertake special assignments as needed
  • Foster strong relationships with HR departments, internal teams, works councils, and external service providers

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or a commercial background with HR-specific training
  • Prior experience in a comparable role, with leadership experience preferred
  • Understanding of labor and industrial relations legislation; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors HR is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, adaptability, and a collaborative approach
  • Ability to work independently and systematically with a focus on processes
  • Proficiency in English is essential
