Join Our Team as a Senior Consultant Operations and Performance Improvement

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant Operations and Performance Improvement to join our team at h&z. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading project teams at our international and national customers, working on Operations projects to optimize performance and contribute your conceptual know-how.

Your Mission

  • You will be part of project teams at our customers, working on Operations projects to optimize performance and contribute your conceptual know-how.
  • You will work on technical projects in related areas, such as strategy, SCM, and procurement.

Your Profile

  • A completed master's degree from a well-known university.
  • A minimum of 3 years professional experience with another management consultancy or with an international, market-leading company in the conception and implementation of Operations projects.
  • A deep understanding of operations processes from various companies and industries, ideally complemented by experience from the digitalization of value chains and additive manufacturing.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in at least one of the following areas: Supply Chain and Operations Strategy, Manufacturing Footprint, Order Flow Optimization, Product Lifecycle Management and Performance Improvement, Inventory Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning, Lean Management.
  • You are fluent in German and English and perhaps speak another foreign language.
  • You enjoy working in a team and have a structured way of thinking and working.
