Expert Fixed Asset Accounting Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fixed Asset Accounting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our fixed asset accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement processes and procedures for fixed asset accounting in accordance with German accounting regulations (IFRS).
- Book and administer adds and outs, as well as master file data, in compliance with German and international accounting regulations.
- Handle IFRS 15 serial tooling business from an accounting perspective, including posting and reporting.
- Post IFRS 15 R&D and IFRS 16 lease objects, ensuring accurate and timely recording.
- Assist with closing operations, including generating reports and preparing consolidation documents.
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training with additional accounting qualifications, such as an accountant certification.
- Experience in asset accounting, preferably in a similar industry or company.
- Basic knowledge of SAP FI, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel within Germany, as required.
- Proficiency in German and English languages, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
