The Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft operates numerous research institutes across Germany and is recognized as a leading organization in applied research. Our department, »Moving Pictures«, is in search of a dedicated individual to oversee the IT infrastructure within our team. This role involves the installation and maintenance of specialized systems, as well as monitoring essential data, devices, and services that support our projects.
As part of this position, you will gain exposure to advanced multi-compute cluster hardware used for 3D reconstruction and sophisticated software development pipelines related to media creation, processing, compression, and playback. You will also be responsible for setting up databases to track equipment and monitor storage solutions.

Working hours can be adjusted based on mutual agreement, allowing for a commitment of 8 to 12 hours per week.
