Senior Technical Producer

As a key player in the development of Hunt: Showdown, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Producer to enhance our production capabilities. This role demands a proactive individual who can manage various teams and workflows effectively, ensuring that all aspects of production are executed flawlessly and within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior production staff, directors, and leads to translate project milestones into actionable sprint deliverables.
  • Oversee and communicate departmental roadmaps, schedules, and resource availability to production leadership.
  • Effectively relay critical dates and deadlines to team members, driving project completion and success.
  • Identify and monitor dependencies, ensuring that any changes in scope are clearly understood and communicated.
  • Foster a collaborative and trusting team environment, championing team members and their contributions.
  • Regularly update the production team on project status, risks, and potential opportunities.
  • Guide team dynamics to cultivate a highly engaged and motivated workforce.
  • Contribute to the evolution of production management processes to enhance studio efficiency and output quality.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Over 3 years of senior-level production experience in game or engine development.
  • Proven track record in managing full project life cycles on at least two AAA titles across multiple platforms.
  • Expertise in process and personnel management techniques, with the ability to apply these methods independently.
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of game and engine development processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Familiarity with programming languages, game engine architecture, and software development workflows.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
  • A self-driven individual who thrives in ambiguous situations and takes initiative.
