Your Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Internal Audit department to ensure the integrity and efficiency of our financial operations
- Develop and implement methods and standards to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality of work in the audit process
- Supervise audit processes and provide regular reports to senior management to inform strategic decisions
- Act as a central point of contact for external audits and regulatory bodies
- Hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field
- Extensive experience in auditing and leadership roles, preferably in the financial sector
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, laws, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
