- You have a passion for facility operations and possess experience in technical and infrastructural services for retail properties, along with supplier management.
- You hold a completed technical or commercial education, complemented by additional qualifications or initial experience in facility operations.
- You have project management skills and work in an organized and independent manner.
- You possess strong analytical abilities and are familiar with common IT tools used in facility operations.
What Awaits You
- Support the facility operations team in managing and overseeing all aspects of facilities to enhance property value and efficiency.
- Responsible for the proper administration of properties, including safety, compliance with regulations, maintenance, and optimization.
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating the agreed-upon facility services.
- Project management for facility-related services, repair, and modernization initiatives.
- Preparation of reports on energy consumption, resource management, and cost tracking. You will also fulfill documentation obligations.
- Monitoring external service personnel and ensuring the proper execution of delegated responsibilities.
- Act as the primary contact for facility operations for the management team.
