Position Overview

We are seeking an ITSM Interface Developer (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team in Gütersloh, with the option for flexible remote work arrangements.

Your Future Team

As part of the international Operational Management Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of IT services, effectively distributing service delivery tasks among various departments, and maintaining communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate requirements and develop specifications for interface solutions within Opentext Service Manager.
  • Engage proactively with clients to clarify needs and refine solutions.
  • Develop interfaces to integrate with external ITSM systems.
  • Migrate existing native interfaces to Service Bus interfaces.
  • Guarantee the scalability, availability, security, and monitoring of the interfaces you develop.
  • Collaborate with the development team to address technical challenges and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications
  • A degree or vocational training in computer science or a related field.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, or similar.
  • Experience with web services and API integrations (REST, SOAP).
  • Familiarity with ITIL-compliant operational processes in data centers, especially in Transition and IT Service Operation.
  • Ideally, some background in interface development for IT service management platforms.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
