Equipment Management Specialist

IDS International is seeking a highly skilled Equipment Management Specialist to support the Total Maintenance Contract for the Kaiserslautern Military Community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all GFEBS equipment inventory, monitoring maintenance orders, and analyzing data to prevent duplication of work.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all GFEBS equipment inventory.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance orders to prevent duplication of work.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management.
  • Perform other contractual duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Management or Business Administration, or Foreign Country Equivalent.
  • Documented five (5) years of experience in Project Management for the Equipment and Inventory.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE).
  • Ability and knowledge to formulate Equipment List and Preventive Maintenance Schedule in SAP software environment.
  • English and German at level 4 proficiency.
