About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Confectioner to join our team at equal personal GmbH & Co. KG. As a Master Confectioner, you will be responsible for the production and development of high-quality confectionery products, including pralines, chocolate items, cakes, and pastries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new recipes and product lines to meet customer demands and preferences.
• Oversee the production process to ensure high-quality products are consistently delivered.
• Manage and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Source and purchase high-quality ingredients and materials to ensure the best possible products.

Requirements:

• Master Confectioner qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of producing high-quality confectionery products.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
