E.ON Inhouse Consulting is seeking a talented professional to join our team as an Energy Transition Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of the energy sector.

About the Role:

As an Energy Transition Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and working on the issues facing the energy sector, specifically those that apply to our company. You will work closely with your colleagues to develop strategic and operational solutions for E.ON, covering the entire value chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
  • Work collaboratively with international teams to drive business growth
  • Develop strategic and operational recommendations for E.ON's top priority topics
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders
  • Take ownership of your work packages and ensure smooth operating processes

Requirements:

  • A master's degree in Economics, Engineering, or Natural Sciences
  • Initial hands-on experience in the consulting sector and/or energy industry
  • Fluency in English and German
  • A strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
  • An independent and solution-oriented work style
  • An entrepreneurial and innovative mindset
  • Precise and structured communication skills
