Service Technician for Medical Devices

OverviewTo competently support our team, we are seeking a dedicated Service Technician (m/f/d) for a permanent position.
In direct collaboration with clients, you will be responsible for all service activities (e.g., repairs, installations, maintenance, shipping of devices) and client inquiries within the designated region, working closely with adjacent departments (local sales teams, service administration, etc.).
Your Impact:- You will be the primary contact for all technical inquiries from clients in your region, understanding their requirements and needs.
- You will independently carry out all service activities from installation to maintenance, upgrades, diagnostics, and emergency repairs at client sites.
- You will collaborate closely with local sales teams and other departments.
- You will accurately and promptly document all service activities in the CRM system.
- Provide technical advice to both internal and external clients, particularly regarding IT/network activities.
- You possess a completed education or degree in electrical or medical technology and have experience in field service.
- You have strong skills in software and hardware diagnostics.
- You work independently and meticulously, are service-oriented, and enjoy client interaction.
- You have excellent German language skills and good English proficiency.
- You are a team player, maintain composure in stressful situations, and are willing to travel.
