Projektmanager Produktentwicklung Assay

Überblick

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Projektmanager für die Produktentwicklung von molekulardiagnostischen Lösungen. Der Kandidat sollte Erfahrung in der Leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten haben und Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von IVD-Produkten besitzen.

Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Koordination von Entwicklungsprojekten bis hin zur Zulassung neuer molekulardiagnostischer PCR-basierten Tests
  • Optimierung von molekulardiagnostischen PCR-basierten Tests (IVD-Produkten) am Point-of-Care / Point-of-Need
  • Methodenentwicklung und Versuchsplanung
  • Planung und Durchführung von Haltbarkeitsstudien, sowie analytischen und klinischen Leistungsbewertungen

Qualifikationen

  • Studium der Molekularbiologie, Biochemie, Biologie, Biotechnologie, Medizintechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Umfassende Erfahrung im Primer- und Sondendesign
  • Expertise im multiplex-PCR Assaydesign
  • Kenntnisse zu RNA/DNA-Extraktions- & Aufreinigungsmethoden
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Planung und Leitung von IVD Entwicklungs-Projekten
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich der Mikrofluidik sind ein Plus
  • Aufgeschlossene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
  • Zielstrebige Hands-on-Mentalität mit Begeisterung für die Produkte und einem lösungsorientiertem Mindset
  • Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse
