About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a Digital Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for the continuous development and improvement of our assigned solution according to our service roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in meetings with technical specialists to resolve incidents and problems, change activities, and service operations
  • Review patches, releases, and upgrades
  • Resolve incidents and problems and change activities
  • Act as change owner for changes related to the affected services
  • Support and training of users
  • Meet common service quality objectives within the scope of the assignment with the Service Manager

Requirements

  • Successfully completed, relevant studies, ideally with a focus on computer science or natural sciences & computers, (civil) engineering or comparable qualification
  • Knowledge in the field of construction / construction processes
  • Experience with IoT devices (GPS tracks, LTE-M...)
  • Requirements definition for software projects
  • English (mandatory), German (optional), Swedish (optional)
  • Basic knowledge of MQTT / SQL / Azure DevOps / Procore or similar tree management tool desirable
