We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at STEPPS Projekt & Personal Service GmbH in Coburg, Germany.

About the Role:

  • Ensure the quality of customer service by implementing and maintaining quality control processes.
  • Process and track customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop, evaluate, and implement preventive quality-assurance measures to improve overall quality.
  • Analyze and implement current customer requirements according to the quality management system and quality objectives.
  • Provide quality support to customers and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform tasks in accordance with the quality management manual and ensure prompt and standard-compliant execution of quality tasks.
  • Participate in corrective and optimization measures to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Assist suppliers in meeting quality requirements and initiate part blocks due to non-compliance with drawing/specification requirements.
  • Conduct short audits, internal process series, and process approvals to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the automotive industry with knowledge of quality assessment and documentation, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), customer and supplier management, and conducting audits.
  • Excellent English language skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.
