Are you prepared to enhance the driving experience for our clientele? We are in search of a car aficionado at Wahl-Group who values outstanding service. You will be instrumental in our dealership by guiding customers on service alternatives, advocating additional products, and fostering a respectful rapport with them.

We are looking for a Service Consultant (m/f/d) to become part of our Mazda team.

Key Responsibilities

Your essential role with us:

  • Sales Expertise: Recognize sales potential and assist us in reaching revenue targets by marketing service options and accessories with a personal touch.
  • Customer Consultation: Grasp our customers' requirements and offer them the most suitable service options as a specialist in the automotive sector. Be the trusted advisor they seek.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule service and repair appointments with the accuracy of a seasoned professional. Seamlessly connect customers, the workshop, and the team.
  • Client Retention: Cultivate relationships as robust as our service offerings. Maintain regular communication and demonstrate why our dealership should be their preferred choice for vehicle care.
Qualifications

  • Certified: You have completed training as an automotive mechanic/technician, service technician, or automotive master technician.
  • Technical Expertise: You possess extensive technical knowledge and experience in the automotive domain.
