We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to lead our Senologie department as a Senior Mammachirurgische Leitung. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mammachirurgie and a proven track record of leading teams and developing strategies for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for the growth and improvement of the Senologie department
• Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Develop and implement educational programs for Assistenzärzten and PJ-Studenten
• Participate in clinical studies and develop strategies for their implementation

Requirements:

• Promotion in Frauenheilkunde and Geburtshilfe
• Senior Mamma Operateur certification
• Excellent knowledge of mammachirurgie and onkoplastische Standardverfahren
• DEGUM I/II certification in Mammasonographie
• Additional qualifications in medikamentöse Tumortherapie or Gynäkologische Onkologie
• Experience in leading teams and developing strategies for growth and improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
